REIToken was birthed from the desire to return wealth and education to the people. In today’s market, due to many socioeconomic barriers and restrictions, opportunity to grow wealth has become incredibly complicated and centralized.

In our 50+ years of combined experience in real estate, we have seen many families struggle to purchase real estate and cultivate passive income.
The average sales price of a home in the United States in 2021 was $453,700. To afford that price a family would need a minimum of 3.5% ($15,879.50) plus an additional 2% ($9,074.00) in closing costs which equates to a total of $24,953.50. For many families, being able to come up with this amount of money to purchase a home is unimaginable. For this very reason, many families end up renting instead of owning their home. In most cases they are paying much more in rental costs than they would to own.
Our goal through the REIToken ecosystem is to bridge that gap and help families create generational wealth.
Affordable Utilities
Due to inflation and increased cost of living expenses, it is becoming increasingly difficult for families to afford basic utilities (i.e. water, electric, gas). For many parts of the world, the cost of electricity and access to clean water and gas are rising rapidly.
Our goal through the REIToken ecosystem is to help families purchase/install eco-friendly technologies which will lower or eliminate rising costs while positively caring for our environment. This program will make common utilities more affordable while providing green options.
Financial Literacy & Real Estate Education
During our time in real estate, we continually see a lack of knowledge regarding personal finances, real estate transactions, and investment opportunities. Many people desire to learn more and grow their wealth through this industry.
Our goal through the REIToken ecosystem is to provide resources, education, and relationships that aid in the growth of financial literacy and real estate knowledge to better equip people to cultivate an investor mindset.
Passive Income
One of the most efficient ways to build wealth starts with passive income. However, many families across the world either do not know how to grow wealth with passive income or know it is even possible! We believe people of all economic levels should have access to opportunities that aid in the growth of passive income.
Our goal through the REIToken ecosystem is to offer our community opportunities in passive income through a future securities token and other tokenized real estate assets and future development projects.
